Remote software assistance via internet for Parmacontrols,
Eagle Product Inspection, Applied Vision and CMCKuhnke systems.

Contract  for the supply of remote assistance via internet

Parmacontrols can supply remote  technical support via internet (with Internet connection established by the Customer using the local provider), available every day from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00. – Italian time.

Every request of assistance must be transmitted by phone  or fax and as soon as one of our technicians is available he will contact the customer in order to establish the connection. At the end of the connection a report is drawn up,  containing the following data:

  • the date
  • the customer’s name
  • the name of the customer’s technician
  • the reason of the call, the system having trouble, the existing problem
  • solutions indicated to solve the problem
  • solutions indicated by Parmacontrols
  • the name of Parmacontrols’ technician in charge of the assistance

Remote Assistance Kit

For those customers who do not have the remote assistance module, it is possible to request the  software-hardware kit including a CD, a short guide, an external USB modem, a user license.
