hereby informs you that Regulation 2016/679/EU, also defined within this legal document with the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), provides protection for the personal data of individuals.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679, the following information is hereby communicated:

PROCESSING METHOD: the processing of personal data will consist of the operations specified in art. 4 no. 2 of the GDPR, i.e. collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. The processing will be done using hard copy and/or digital methods.

PROCESSING PURPOSES: pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter c of the Regulation EU 2016/679, the data controller uses the data collected for the purposes referred to in the contract between the parties, in addition to any additional, potential legal obligations. In particular:

• direct marketing: by way of example, sending promotional and commercial communications relating to services offered by joint shareholder companies or notification of corporate events, as well as detecting the degree of customer satisfaction.

LEGAL BASIS: art. 6, par. 1, letter a ) consent by the data subject; art. 6, par. 1, letter b) performance of the contract; art. 6, par. 1, letter c) legal obligation.

DURATION OF RETENTION PERIOD: the personal data collected will be stored within the terms specified by the contractual regulation and by the terms specified by the applicable laws.

DATA RECIPIENTS: the data may be communicated to the subjects envisaged by the contractual regulation and the subjects envisaged by the applicable laws. In particular:

• companies offering email delivery services;
• companies offering services for pursuing the purposes indicated in this disclaimer (media agencies, IT suppliers, etc.).

CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA: name, surname, email address.

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS: the data of the data subjects will not be transferred to non-EU countries or to international organisations.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: the data subject is hereby informed that pursuant to articles 15 and subsequent amendments of the GDPR, the data subject can exercise the rights to obtain his/her personal data, to rectification, erasure, objection and to restrict the processing of personal, as well as the right to data portability.

The data subject or his/her representative have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with a competent supervisory authority if they detect a violation of the GDPR, of Italian Leg, Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions or other regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

The data subject is hereby informed that, for the definition of the contract, he/she must provide the personal data covered by the disclaimer.
