hereby informs you that Regulation 2016/679/EU, also defined within this legal document with the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), envisages protection for the personal data of individuals.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679, the following information is hereby communicated:
PROCESSING METHOD: the processing of personal data will consist of the operations specified in art. 4 no. 2 of the GDPR, i.e. collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. The processing will be done using hard copy and/or digital methods.
PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING: pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter c of Regulation EU 2016/679, the data controller uses the data collected for the purpose of creating access credentials to the reserved area for the individual user and subsequent display of the technical data sheets and technical material of the products.
LEGAL BASIS: art. 6, par. 1, letter a ) consent by the data subject; art. 6, par. 1, letter b) performance of the contract; art. 6, par. 1, letter c) legal obligation.
DURATION OF THE RETENTION PERIOD: the credentials to access the reserved area, in addition to the data requested from the data subject during registration, will be stored and be valid for 14 days after which the customer, should he/she require more time, can then contact Parmacontrols and extend the validity time.
DATA RECIPIENTS: the data may be communicated to the subjects envisaged by the contractual regulation and the subjects envisaged by the applicable laws. In particular:
- companies offering services for pursuing the purposes indicated in this disclaimer (media agencies, IT suppliers, etc.).
CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA: name, surname, role, company, telephone, country, email address, telephone number.
TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS: the data of the data subjects will not be transferred to non-EU countries or to international organisations.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: the data subject is hereby informed that pursuant to articles 15 and subsequent amendments of the GDPR, the data subject can exercise the rights to obtain his/her personal data, to rectification, erasure, objection and to restrict the processing of personal, as well as the right to data portability.
The data subject or his/her representative have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with a competent supervisory authority if they detect a violation of the GDPR, of Italian Leg, Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions or other regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
The data subject is hereby informed that, for the definition of the contract, he/she must provide the personal data covered by the disclaimer.
