hereby informs you that Regulation 2016/679/EU, also defined within this legal document with the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), provides protection for the personal data of individuals.
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation EU 2016/679, the following information is hereby communicated:
PROCESSING METHOD: the processing of personal data will consist of the operations specified in art. 4 no. 2 of the GDPR, i.e. collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction. The processing will be done using hard copy and/or digital methods.
PROCESSING PURPOSES: pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 1, letter c of the Regulation EU 2016/679, the data controller uses the data collected for the purposes referred to in the contract between the parties, in addition to any additional, potential legal obligations. In particular:
- selection of personnel for employment purpose;
- storage in document database for consultation.
LEGAL BASIS: art. 6, par. 1, letter a ) consent by the data subject; art. 6, par. 1, letter b) performance of the contract; art. 6, par. 1, letter c) legal obligation.
DURATION OF RETENTION PERIOD: the personal data collected will be stored for the time required to evaluate the application on the basis of company needs.
DATA RECIPIENTS: the data may be communicated to the subjects envisaged by the internal procedures for the selection of personnel and preparation of the potential employment contract. In particular:
- External data processors previously appointed by the data controller;
- Persons authorised to process data, designated by the data controller and adequately trained;
- Public bodies or other private entities that have a role in the management of businesses, including INPS, INAIL, Territorial Labour Department, etc.
CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED DATA: name, surname, tax code and other identifying elements, contact details (email address, telephone number, etc.), data relating to family members and personal situations, data relating to health, legal data, data relating to ethnic groups and/or racial origins.
TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS:
the data of the data subjects will not be transferred to non-EU countries or to international organisations.
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA SUBJECT: the data subject is hereby informed that pursuant to articles 15 and subsequent amendments of the GDPR, the data subject can exercise the rights to obtain his/her personal data, to rectification, erasure, objection and to restrict the processing of personal, as well as the right to data portability.
The data subject or his/her representative have the right to lodge a complaint at any time with a competent supervisory authority if they detect a violation of the GDPR, of Italian Leg, Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments and additions or other regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
